today ill start my journal part to ng change for 2016 as of now 2 weeks na ko nag gym and more or less 2 kg na yung nabawas sa akin ,been depressed lately almost a month masyadong personal hays pero positive pa din .sana like gym araw araw ko sana

Vertical Jumps, 20 reps
Push-up, 20 reps
Wide Grip Push-ups, 20 reps
Bodyweight Shoulder Press, 20 reps
Close-Grip Push-ups, 20 reps
Toe Touches, 20 reps
Lying Leg Raises, 20 reps
Seated Trunk Twists, 20 pair
and in february start na ako sa robinson residences sana mabili ko na yung gamot ko hays ito na muna dagdagan ko na lang yung entry ko mamaya
